Application Scope：
The battery high-altitude low-pressure test chamber is a device designed to evaluate the performance and safety of batteries under high-altitude, low-pressure environments. It is mainly used to simulate battery operating conditions in high-altitude scenarios such as aircraft and mountainous regions, and to assess battery reliability and stability.This test chamber can simulate high-altitude conditions including low oxygen concentration, low atmospheric pressure, and low temperature. By placing the battery inside the chamber and setting the corresponding environmental parameters, charging and discharging tests as well as performance evaluations can be carried out.These tests are intended to verify whether key battery characteristics—such as performance, capacity, energy density, cycle life, and safety—meet the required standards under high-altitude, low-pressure conditions.
Product Overview：
This test chamber is designed in accordance with the test requirements of UL, EN, IEC, and other relevant standards. It is capable of rapidly achieving a low-pressure storage condition for test specimens and automatically controlling the test cycle. The chamber continuously monitors internal pressure throughout the test and automatically terminates the test upon completion.The equipment simulates the storage conditions of batteries and battery packs at an atmospheric pressure equal to or lower than 11.6 kPa and an ambient temperature of (20 ± 5)°C for a duration of 6 hours. A battery or battery pack is considered to have passed the test if it shows no leakage, no venting, no disassembly, no rupture, and no fire, and if the open-circuit voltage after the test is not less than 90% of the voltage measured before the simulated test.
