Scope of Application:
The full-vehicle road test machine combined with a brake performance testing device is mainly used to assess the braking performance and dynamic performance of two-wheeled vehicles such as electric bicycles and bicycles.
Equipment Operating Principle:
During testing, the front brake must be actuated before the rear brake. The equipment can automatically identify the braking sequence of the front and rear brakes and measure the distance traveled by the vehicle within the time interval between their actions, in order to determine the validity of the test.When the test is judged to be valid, the initial actuation positions of the front and rear brakes are clearly marked on the ground with two distinct point markers.According to user selection, the system can also automatically prompt the user to apply the brakes when the preset speed is reached, automatically control the water spray volume, and automatically measure the braking distance after braking.
