Scope of Application:
The UV aging test chamber simulates damage caused by sunlight, rain, and dew. It uses fluorescent UV lamps to replicate sunlight exposure and condensation moisture to simulate rain and dew. Test materials are subjected to alternating cycles of UV light and moisture at controlled temperatures. Within days or weeks, the test can reproduce damage that would normally occur outdoors over months or years.
Product Features:
This product uses fluorescent UV lamps that closely simulate the UV spectrum of natural sunlight. Combined with temperature control and humidity supply, it reproduces material damage such as discoloration, loss of gloss and strength, cracking, peeling, chalking, and oxidation. It simulates cycles of UV radiation, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and darkness. Through the synergistic effect of UV light and moisture, a material’s resistance to light or moisture alone is reduced or fails, making the equipment widely used for evaluating weather resistance. The system offers excellent UV sunlight simulation, low operating and maintenance costs, easy operation, programmable automatic test cycles, high automation, stable light output, and high repeatability of test results.
Manufacturing Process:
The outer cabinet and inner chamber are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and formed using advanced processing equipment. The exterior is powder-coated for a smooth, attractive finish with well-balanced colors and streamlined lines, avoiding the long-term surface damage common with painted aluminum panels.The chamber is equipped with a humidifying heater, liquid level switch, and black panel temperature sensor, and includes eight UV fluorescent lamps with an optional UV radiometer. High-quality lockable PU casters are installed at the base, allowing easy movement and secure positioning of the unit.
