Application Scope：
The Carbon Black Content Tester is suitable for determining the carbon black content in polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polybutylene plastics, cable and optical cable insulation and sheath materials, as well as rubber materials.A specified amount of sample is thermally decomposed at high temperature under a nitrogen atmosphere. The carbon black content is calculated by analyzing the mass of the residue after pyrolysis.

3.Features advanced digital gas flow meters with automatic and rapid switching between two gas channels, ensuring short stabilization time and high accuracy.
4.Optimized furnace design ensures stable performance and reliable quality.
5.Automatic data storage and memory function; testing can be started with a single key.
6.Fully automatic program control for gas purging, heating, isothermal timing, and process completion with buzzer alarm notification—no operator supervision required.
7.Supports up to 20 programmable temperature segments, allowing flexible setting of heating, holding, and cooling stages.
8.Programs can be operated in both automatic and manual modes for flexible and convenient operation.
9.During cooling, the quartz tube can be removed to enable rapid cooling of the test samples.
10.Optional fast cooling device is available.
11.Optional USB communication with a computer for remote monitoring and control.
