Chair Comprehensive Tester

Scope of Application:

The entire machine is constructed with a high-quality aluminum alloy frame. By changing fixtures and adjusting the number of pneumatic cylinders, it can conduct various dynamic and static load strength and durability (fatigue) tests on wooden furniture such as tables, beds, cabinets, chairs, stools, and desks.

Product Parameters:

1.Dark-colored high-grade hardwood furniture uses hard and heavy materials and typically adopts large mortise-and-tenon frame structures. Therefore, the aluminum profile frame of the testing machine shall be reinforced in strength compared with standard models, and the base frame steel plate shall be thickened to not less than 15 mm.

2.Compressed air is used as the power source to drive the cylinders to apply force to the tested furniture. The pneumatic control cabinet shall be capable of controlling 12 groups of pneumatic outputs. It shall allow independent setting of a single cylinder for single-cycle or multiple reciprocating actions, as well as paired cylinder operation for synchronous or opposing reciprocating tests.

3.The cylinders shall be equipped with reliable and effective stroke adjustment mechanisms to ensure there is no over-travel or insufficient return during operation.

4.The number of test cycles can be freely set within 0–999,999 cycles. The machine shall automatically stop upon reaching the preset value. In the event of manual stoppage or power failure, test results shall be automatically retained.

5.The system shall be equipped with solenoid valves, air filter–regulator–lubricator (FRL) units, and position sensors, enabling automatic detection of specimen damage and automatic test stoppage.

6.The testing machine features intelligent integrated control, with the load cell forming a closed-loop force control. Computer control allows setting the test force, number of cycles, and maximum test force, and can display the test force and number of cycles in real time.

7.Buffer cylinders are provided to ensure stable air pressure in all pneumatic circuits.

8.The system is designed for unattended operation. Upon test completion or specimen damage, the test shall automatically stop, issue an alarm indication, and automatically save test results.

9.Depending on functional configuration, the system can perform simultaneous testing of multiple specimens.

10.The testing machine is equipped with a complete set of accessories, including gravity loading blocks, impact heads (hammers), loading pads, and stopper blocks, etc.
