Scope of Application:
This machine is used to simulate riding environment tests for bicycles and electric-assisted bicycles. The fully assembled vehicle is placed on the test bench, with weights fixed according to the applicable standards and safety devices properly adjusted. After setting the relevant parameters on the computer, the test is automatically executed by the control system.
Product Features:
1.Fixed Test Mode(Test rollers driven by the test vehicle’s battery and motor)
a. The driving roller torque T1 can be set from 0–1000 kg·cm, and the output torque T2 of the test vehicle can be calculated.
b. Travel distance can be measured and recorded.
c. Battery input voltage (V), current (A), and power (W) can be measured and recorded, along with battery consumption in ampere-hours (Ah).
d. Wheel rotational speed of the test vehicle N2 (RPM) and rotational speed of the test roller N1 (RPM) can be measured and recorded.
e. Vehicle output power P can be measured and recorded(P = 0.01 × T2 × 9.81 × 2 × Ⅱ × N2 / 60).
f. Transmission efficiency η can be calculated and recorded(η = P / W).
g. Battery consumption (Ah) can be calculated and recorded.
h. The test can be automatically stopped when the battery voltage drops below a preset value.
2.Durability Test Mode
(Test vehicle driven by the test system motor)
a. Test speed can be set from 0–16 km/h.
b. Travel distance can be measured and recorded.
3.Vehicle Performance Test Mode(Test rollers driven by the test vehicle’s battery and motor)
a. Up to 20 torque points can be set for testing. Input power, current, output wheel speed, power, and efficiency at each torque point are recorded.
b. Performance curves of the test vehicle can be generated (as shown in the attached example).
4.Dry/Wet Braking Performance and Road Condition Tests
a. Dry braking test: The computer automatically measures riding speed, distance, braking time, braking distance, and braking count. Nonconforming samples trigger an automatic alarm and system shutdown.
b. Wet braking test: The computer automatically measures riding speed, distance, braking time, braking distance, and braking count. Nonconforming samples trigger an automatic alarm and system shutdown.
c. Dry/wet braking performance tests can be configured for front brake only, rear brake only, or front and rear brakes simultaneously.
d. Road condition simulation tests.
