Scope of Application:
The formaldehyde emission test chamber is suitable for determining the formaldehyde emission of various artificial boards, engineered wood flooring, and other indoor decorative materials, as well as for constant temperature and humidity equilibrium treatment of wood or artificial boards. It can also be used for detecting other volatile harmful gases in building materials.The limit of formaldehyde release from indoor decorative materials is a major environmental concern worldwide. The amount of formaldehyde released from various indoor decorative materials (such as artificial boards, carpets, coatings, wallpapers, curtains, etc.) is an important indicator of product quality, as it affects environmental pollution and human health.The formaldehyde emission climate chamber testing method is a standard method widely used internationally for measuring formaldehyde emissions from indoor decorative and finishing materials. Its main feature is that it simulates indoor climatic conditions, making the test results more representative of actual conditions, and therefore accurate and reliable.
Product Features:
1.The fan speed controller is installed at the rear of the chamber with a recessed design for easy protection.
2.The air outlet holes of the air baffles are reduced to a diameter of approximately 2–3 mm to prevent airflow from stirring up dust in the test chamber.
3.Isolation layers are provided between electrical loads to prevent mutual interference.
4.The chamber body and door are fully filled with insulation material, ensuring that opening and closing the door is quiet.
5.The mechanical performance of the door handle is excellent.
6.The casters are supported by 5 mm thick triangular plates to ensure long-term durability of the chamber.
7.Internal circulating fan outlet holes are recessed with an inset air ring to maintain the overall aesthetic of the chamber.
