Scope of Application:
The Functional Sofa Iron Frame Durability Tester is mainly used to evaluate the durability and reliability of the iron frame structure in adjustable functional sofas, such as electric or manual recliners and lounge sofas.
Product Introduction:
A set of articulated stainless-steel components is installed and fixed on a functional steel frame. The joints are located at the backrest and knee positions. The stainless-steel support is equipped with a pneumatic system to simulate various human motions.
Product Features:
1.The rotary actuator operates to open the leg-rest mechanism.
2.The backrest cylinder pushes backward, pressing the backrest down while simultaneously lifting the leg rest.
3.The backrest cylinder retracts, pulling the backrest back to its initial position.
4.The leg-rest cylinder actuates to simulate leg movement, returning the leg rest to its original position.
5.The above actions are repeated in continuous cycles to test the service life and durability of the metal frame.
