Application Scope:
The sand and dust test chamber has a wide range of applications, including but not limited to electrical and electronic products, automotive and motorcycle components, sealing parts, watches, smartphones, floor scrubbers, dust collectors, and other electronic devices. It is mainly used to evaluate product performance in sand and dust environments by simulating the destructive effects of natural wind-blown sand and dust conditions, in order to test the enclosure sealing performance of products.It is particularly suitable for verifying dust-proof requirements and assessing whether products comply with relevant dust-protection standards. In addition, it can be used for dust resistance and sand endurance testing of various automotive components, such as lamps, instruments, electrical dust covers, steering systems, door locks, and other parts. These tests are conducted to evaluate the ability of components to resist the penetration of dust particles, withstand abrasion or blockage caused by sand and dust, and maintain storage and operational performance under dry sand or dust-laden atmospheric conditions.
