Test Principle (English Translation):

Install the specimen in position without applying any weights, and adjust the left and right pointers to the zero scale. Then apply a specified weight to the blade. Manually operate the lever to rotate the central shaft until the end clamp is lifted off the track, and maintain this position for 10 seconds. After that, return the lever to its original position and remove the load. Read the angular deviation from the left scale. Next, turn the specimen over and repeat the test once more. Observe the condition of the specimen after the two tests. If a permanent deformation of 3° occurs, the sample is deemed unqualified.
