Scope of Application:
The airtightness tester uses compressed air for inspection, based on the pressure drop method. By performing equal-volume air intake, pressure stabilization, and measurement of changes in gas pressure and volume, the precision tester’s PLC conducts a series of sampling, calculations, and analysis to determine the product’s leakage rate and leakage value. The entire testing process takes only a few seconds.
It is mainly applicable to seal testing of packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, and similar containers in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, daily chemicals, automotive, electronic components, stationery, and consumer electronics.
System Features:
High Precision: The system integrates imported pressure sensors with the company's self-developed high-precision computation and calculation modules, ensuring high detection accuracy. It rivals the precision of differential pressure sensors, while offering a wider detection range compared to differential pressure sensors.
AI Algorithm / Human-Machine Interaction: The system collects product information and, through big data analysis, generates an effective data chain for the sample. Detection data is automatically compared against a database for intelligent judgment. The user interface and operating process have been simplified based on extensive user feedback and practical analysis. The system features progressive settings for an easy operation experience, with password protection for access control and different permission levels for testing and query modifications, providing a user-friendly design.

High Efficiency: The self-developed air circuit control components improve ventilation efficiency, sealing, and stability. During the inflation, balancing, and pressure-holding stages, the system distinguishes between major leaks and minor leaks. It identifies major leaks during the inflation phase and minor leaks during the pressure-holding phase, displaying results accordingly, which greatly reduces testing time.
