Application Scope：

This instrument complies with GB/T 1232 “Determination of Mooney Viscosity of Unvulcanized Rubber”, GB/T 1233 “Determination of Early Vulcanization Characteristics of Rubber Compounds — Mooney Viscometer Method”, as well as ISO 289 and ISO 667 standards.It is used for measuring the viscosity, scorch characteristics, and vulcanization index of raw rubber and compounded rubber.The instrument features microcomputer control, digital data display, and automatic calibration, making it an ideal testing device for the rubber industry and scientific research institutions.An imported intelligent digital temperature controller is adopted, offering easy parameter setting, wide temperature control range, and high temperature stability. The microcomputer uses imported chips with high reliability, enabling automatic data plotting, calculation, and report printing.
