Application Scope:
The ozone aging test equipment is used for rubber products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulation sheaths, etc. It exposes the samples to a closed, non-lighted environment containing a constant ozone concentration in the air and a temperature-controlled test chamber. This test is performed under static or continuous dynamic stretching, or alternating between dynamic stretching and static stretching deformation. The samples are tested over a predetermined time to evaluate the degree of surface cracking or other performance changes, thereby assessing the rubber's ozone aging resistance.
