Application Scope:
This machine is suitable for impact life aging tests of key switches, computer keyboards, conductive rubber keys, metal spring keys (commonly known as "pot" keys), or similar types of keys. It uses an advanced programmer to control the entire process of key life testing. Additionally, it is also suitable for fatigue testing of silicone rubber keys.
Equipment Overview:
The multifunctional high-precision load curve tester is mainly used for testing the (load-travel) curves of various keys and switches. The device utilizes a Windows interface for easy operation and setup, and all data can be stored (test conditions, load curve charts, test results, inspection reports, etc.). This machine is driven by a high-precision motor, providing high-accuracy (load-travel) measurements and yielding completely accurate key and switch curve tests.
Product Features:
1.The machine can input X, Y, and Z three-axis coordinates, with automatic position movement for testing.
2.The machine can input large test travel distances and load values, with automatic control and testing by the computer.
3.The load can be set, and the machine will pause when the set load value is reached.
4.The travel distance can be set, and the machine will pause when the set travel distance is reached.
5.The machine can directly test and plot a graph for each travel point (0.01mm) and load.
6.Each measurement graph can be traced with a vernier caliper, allowing the identification of corresponding load and travel values, with a resolution of 0.01mm.
7.Test items can have upper and lower limit specifications set, and the results can automatically determine whether the test is OK or NG.
8.One recipe can test 8 different load specifications, including both high and low keys.
9.Given a known travel distance, the machine can test the corresponding load or resistance, or with a known load, it can test the corresponding travel distance or resistance.
10.The machine can print and store graphs (load-travel curve, life cycle curve, inspection reports).
11.Test data is stored on the hard disk (each data entry can be saved without a limit on the number of times).
12.Test conditions are set by the computer (including test load, travel distance, speed, cycles, and pause time).
13.The header of the inspection report can be modified at any time.
14.The inspection report can be exported to Excel, Word, or PDF for editing, or directly output through the network.
15.AutoCAD drawings can automatically import product coordinates, greatly improving work efficiency.
16.While testing load and travel, the machine can also test impedance resistance.
