The suitable scope: 

The fully automatic torsion spring testing machine is a new type of automatic control vertical spring torsion testing machine developed by our company. It is mainly suitable for testing the torsion angle and torsional moment of torsion springs, scroll springs, elastic components, and friction mechanisms. It can measure the corresponding torque at a given torsion angle, as well as measure the corresponding torsion angle at a given torque.

Equipment Overview:

This machine complies with the torsion testing machine standards of JB/T9370-1999 and JJG269-2006, as well as the spring manufacturing testing standards. It is capable of performing tests according to national standards and international standards such as ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, and others. This makes it an ideal testing device for spring manufacturing, low-voltage electrical appliances, power machinery, quality inspection departments, universities, and research laboratories.

Functional Features:

a. The machine can achieve bidirectional calibration of the torque sensor, significantly improving torque accuracy.

b. Real-time display of time, torque, peak value, and torsion angle.

c. Peak value hold function: As the test torque increases from 0, the system automatically records the peak value of the current test as the new experiment begins.

d. Simple control method: Suitable for both precise measurements in the laboratory and high-volume production line testing. It supports both fixed-torque-to-measure-torsion-angle and fixed-torsion-angle-to-measure-torque functions. In automatic mode, the system can preset the pre-tightening torque, automatically reset the torsion angle to zero, and return to the initial state once the test is completed.

e. The first domestic large LCD screen to display both torque and torsion angle curves simultaneously, providing a clear view of the mechanical properties of the torsion spring. It can store up to 50 sets of data and allows for querying and printing of data such as torque, torsion angle, and torsional stiffness.
