Application Scope:
This testing machine is used to evaluate the durability of zippers when subjected to transverse and longitudinal tensile forces. It determines whether the zipper can withstand a specified number of reciprocating pulling cycles. During the test, the machine drives the zipper slider at a constant speed, performing reciprocating motion at a rate of 30 cycles per minute until the preset number of cycles is reached.

1.Before use, the instrument must be placed on a stable and level workbench.
2.Do not move or relocate the machine while it is in operation.
3.Select the correct power supply voltage. Do not use excessive voltage to avoid damage to electronic components.
4.If any abnormal condition occurs during operation, please contact our service department promptly for assistance.
5.Ensure the machine operates in a well-ventilated environment.
6.The key mechanical components are subject to relatively high operating loads; therefore, mechanical parts should be lubricated regularly.
7.After each test, clean the machine to keep it in good and tidy condition.
8.The control box should be wiped with a dry cloth only. Do not use a wet cloth.
