Scope of Application:

Road simulation testing is widely used for performance testing of automotive components, such as seats, suspension systems, braking systems, instrument panels, and occupant-related tests.The road simulation test system mainly consists of an electro-hydraulic servo coordinated loading control system, electro-hydraulic servo actuators, a hydraulic power unit, hydraulic manifolds and piping, the excitation table, and the foundation.


Product Features:

1.The control system consists of a PC, servo controllers, servo valve drive modules, feedback regulators, and related components.

2.Supported by TEST software, the PC provides overall system management and control. The loading system is composed of hydraulic servo valves, servo actuators, displacement sensors, force sensors, and acceleration sensors.

3.Displacement, acceleration, and force sensors are mounted on the servo actuators to achieve closed-loop control.

4.The hydraulic power unit supplies power to the test system, while the hydraulic manifolds and piping distribute flow to each channel.


Product Parameters:

1.The test system can provide a loading force of 0–50 kN and supports PID closed-loop control of the applied load.

2.The adjustable single-axis vibration frequency range is 0.01–50 Hz and can be freely set via computer control.

3.Four-axis coordinated control or independent control is available, including target zero-point control and positioning. The maximum displacement of a single-acting actuator is 100 mm, with a control accuracy of 0.001 mm.

4.The effective controllable acceleration range of a single actuator is 0–20 g, with spectrum and acceleration setting and control capabilities. The maximum load capacity is 3.5 tons.

5.The adjustable ranges are as follows: front track width 1100–1800 mm (manual adjustment), rear track width 1100–1800 mm (manual adjustment), and wheelbase 1500–3600 mm (manual adjustment). The installation method is fixed mounting on the platform base.
