Product Overview:

The seismic simulation test table (also known as a seismic simulation vibration test system) allows flexible arrangement of actuators in both horizontal and vertical directions. By adopting a vibration controller and a servo control system, it realizes dual-horizontal (X–Y), three-axis, and three-axis six-degree-of-freedom vibration control. Vibration tables and load platforms with different thrust capacities are available to meet various seismic simulation test requirements.The system is mainly used for testing the seismic resistance performance of civil engineering structures as well as electromechanical equipment in industries such as power generation, telecommunications, and nuclear power. Featuring large thrust, long stroke, and the capability to simulate extremely low-frequency seismic waves, the system enables accurate evaluation of the seismic performance of civil structures.The seismic simulation test table complies with the equipment requirements of JGJ 101-96 “Specification for Seismic Test Methods of Buildings”, and is capable of accurately reproducing various seismic waves (such as EI-Centro seismic waves and artificially synthesized seismic waves).Users only need to arrange different numbers of acceleration and stress measurement points on the structural model according to test requirements and structural characteristics. By collecting seismic responses at these points (acceleration, displacement, and dynamic stress), the deformation behavior and stress state of the overall structure and major components under seismic action can be analyzed.In addition, the seismic simulation vibration test table can be flexibly customized according to customer requirements and can perform corresponding seismic simulation tests with reference to both domestic and international standards, such as GR-63-CORE ISSUE 3-2006, GB/T 13540-2009 “Seismic Requirements for High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear”, and GB/T 2424.25-2000 “Environmental Testing for Electric and Electronic Products – Part 3: Test Guidance – Seismic Test Methods”, etc.
