Application:
This testing machine is used for evaluating the durability of office chair armrests and for conducting static load strength tests on armrests. The office chair casters are securely fixed, and a specified force is applied to the armrests at a controlled speed and for a preset number of cycles to perform repeated loading, thereby assessing product quality. The cylinder height can be adjusted vertically, and the distance can be adjusted horizontally to accommodate different chair designs.
Product Features:
Two sets of pneumatic actuators can be installed in an adjustable 10° movable configuration, in an inclined position, or in a vertical fixed position. In addition, two sets of horizontally mounted actuators are used for horizontal push force testing of chair legs. The adjustment range of these horizontal actuators is from a minimum of 20 mm to a maximum of 250 mm, with a maximum pushing force of 60 kg. The left and right actuators can operate independently or simultaneously.
