Scope of Application：

This equipment is used to simulate the exposure of a battery pack or battery system to a salt spray environment with specified temperature, pH value, and salt concentration for a defined period of time, in order to evaluate whether the battery pack or system exhibits leakage, enclosure rupture, fire, or explosion. These phenomena serve as important criteria for assessing the safety performance of the battery pack or system.In addition, the equipment is suitable for corrosion resistance testing of various materials after surface treatments such as electroplating, anodizing, coating, and application of anti-rust oil, to evaluate the durability and corrosion resistance of the tested products.The system adopts a walk-in chamber design. The test chamber features high explosion-proof performance and is equipped with a rapid fire-extinguishing system, ensuring a high level of safety during testing.
