Application Scope:
The battery washing test machine is mainly used to simulate the safety performance of lithium-ion batteries or battery packs when they are accidentally put into a washing machine or exposed to washing environments. It is used to verify whether the battery has sufficient protection capability to prevent risks such as fire or explosion.
Product Introduction:
It is suitable for simulated washing tests of lithium-ion battery packs used in handheld electronic products, lithium-ion battery packs for portable electronic products that may be carried or used in pockets, battery packs for other portable electronic products that can be carried in pockets, and handheld electronic products equipped with non-user-replaceable batteries/battery packs. The equipment complies with the washing test requirements specified in Appendix F of GB31241-2014 “Lithium-ion Batteries and Battery Packs for Portable Electronic Products.” The battery washing test machine is developed and manufactured according to the new national standard GB 31241, simulating various real-life situations that batteries may encounter during washing.
Product Features:
1.Built-in SUS 316 stainless steel water tank, suitable for the preparation of alkaline solutions and for recovery of solutions after testing.
2.Equipped with a water pumping motor featuring a high-performance plastic pump head, which transfers the alkaline solution from the stainless steel water tank to the test drum according to the preset time. The plastic pump head is corrosion-resistant, will not rust or oxidize, and ensures long service life.
3.The inner test drum is made of SUS 316 mirror-finished stainless steel, providing an attractive appearance as well as excellent resistance to acids and alkalis. The drum adopts a double-layer structure with polyurethane foam insulation in between, while the outer cabinet is made of cold-rolled steel with powder-coated surface treatment.
4.PLC and touch screen control; the system automatically completes the entire test process, ensuring easy and reliable operation.
5.Power system featuring high torque, wide speed range, and stable operation.
6.Temperature control system utilizing a temperature control module with PID automatic calculation, offering high control accuracy and stable performance.
7.Protection system: The entire test system consists of an inner drum and an outer cabinet, providing excellent explosion-proof performance. Even if a battery explodes inside the test chamber, no harm will be caused outside the test enclosure.
8.Drainage system: An automatic drainage valve is installed at the bottom of the liquid collection tank, allowing test water to be conveniently discharged outdoors.
9.User-friendly water filling design: The water tank features a large top-opening cover. The entire cover can be removed for easy water filling and replaced during normal operation to ensure safety and dust protection.
10.Ergonomic operation design: All test operations are performed within a height range of 1.0 to 1.5 meters, allowing operators to complete all tasks comfortably without squatting or climbing.
11.Mobility design: Four swivel casters and leveling feet are installed at the bottom of the test chamber, enabling easy relocation of the equipment. The leveling feet can securely fix the equipment in the desired position.
