Computer Controlled Peel Strength Testing Machine

Scope of Application:

The Precision Computerized Protective Film Peel Strength Tester is specially designed and developed by our company for the adhesive tape and adhesive industry. It is used for peel strength testing of various adhesive products under different test methods.By selecting different fixtures, the tester can perform 180° peel, 90° peel, T-peel, and floating roller peel tests (suitable for high-strength adhesives), as well as tensile shear strength and tear strength tests of adhesive materials.

Product Features:

1.The machine frame is constructed from aluminum extrusion profiles with durable baked-paint finishing. It is equipped with a high-precision, low-resistance, backlash-free dual ball screw and guide columns, significantly improving load efficiency and overall structural rigidity.

2.The control system adopts Panasonic fully digital AC servo control with a high-response AC servo motor, ensuring high transmission efficiency, smooth operation, low noise, and speed accuracy controlled within ±0.2%.

3.The microcomputer system uses a commercial PC as the main controller, combined with the company’s fully open test software, enabling complete test parameter setting, operating status control, data acquisition and analysis, result display, and report printing.
