Scope of Application:
This testing machine is designed in accordance with EN957, ASTM F1250, ISO 20957, and other relevant standards, and is used for fatigue testing of outdoor fitness equipment. The scope includes indoor and outdoor elliptical machines, walking machines, and spinning bikes. In addition to meeting the above standard tests, the machine is also suitable for static and dynamic testing of various fitness and sports equipment. By changing auxiliary fixtures, it can also test products required by other national standards, thereby expanding its application range.

1.Designed for fatigue testing.
2.Test cycles can be freely set from 0 to 999,999.
3.Test frequency: 5–70 cycles/min for oscillating and reciprocating equipment (one forward and one return movement counted as one cycle).
4.PLC automatic control with touch screen interface. The system displays and records push/pull force cycles and oscillation cycles, accurately measures and displays force values in real time, and monitors operating time and accumulated cycles. Dedicated control software enables multi-channel closed-loop control, fully automatic test execution, and automatic measurement functions.
5.The number of test cycles can be preset; upon completion, the machine stops automatically and issues an alarm.
6.Equipped with power-off and restart memory functions. In the event of an unexpected power failure, the system automatically saves data and resumes operation according to the pre-set parameters after power is restored, without the need for manual reconfiguration.
7.Stop modes include: automatic stop upon reaching the preset test cycles, or automatic stop with alarm in case of specimen damage or excessive deformation.
8.Features a self-diagnostic system that automatically detects faults and displays error codes for easy troubleshooting and maintenance.
9.Supplied with a variety of fixtures to meet different testing requirements.
