Scope of Application:
This machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T6670-2008 and complies with ASTM D3574 and ISO8307 testing standards. It also conforms to the SESN3296 test method for urethane foam used in automotive cushions. Suitable for measuring the rebound performance of soft polyurethane foam using a ball-drop method.
Product Introduction:
This instrument allows a steel ball of specified diameter and mass to fall freely from a designated height onto a foam sample. The rebound rate, expressed as the percentage ratio of the ball’s maximum rebound height to its drop height, represents the foam’s resilience. The machine is microprocessor-controlled, features an LCD Chinese display, and can print test data. It offers high reliability and measurement accuracy.
