The mattress rolling durability test simulates the continuous turning and rolling movements of the human body during sleep. The rolling durability test uses a rolling-type loading module positioned on a horizontally placed mattress. The module rolls back and forth at a specified frequency to apply repeated loads to the mattress, thereby evaluating the mattress’s ability to withstand long-term repetitive rolling loads.The mattress edge durability test is specifically designed to assess the durability of the mattress edges, meeting the requirements of various mattress manufacturers and relevant standards. This test is used to evaluate mattress quality and service life, while strictly complying with national standards for mechanical testing.The equipment is suitable for heavy-duty spring mattresses, standard spring mattresses, foam mattresses, palm fiber elastic mattresses, and other similar products.

1.The equipment supports three testing methods: mattress surface rolling durability test, edge durability test, and mattress surface height test.
2.PLC control is adopted to realize fully automatic testing results, with one-button operation supporting both fully automatic and manual test modes.
3.The surface rolling durability test section uses a gantry-type mechanical structure, driven by a high-thrust servo motor and high-precision heavy-duty linear guide rails. A branded touch screen is used for input and control, making operation more user-friendly, intuitive, and simple.
4.The rolling drum loading for the surface durability test adopts free loading with linear sliding bearings. The durability test uses a loading block combined with linear sliding bearings for free loading. Since only rolling friction of linear bearings exists, the loading force accuracy is ensured, making the applied load more compliant with standard requirements.
5.Touch screen control and display with powerful and intelligent functions.
6.Elegant and robust appearance: fully concealed wiring prevents electrical leakage and potential power system hazards during operation; the loading surface is made of stainless steel with a smooth finish for easy mattress placement; the all-steel base does not require floor anchoring, ensuring no displacement or vibration during operation.
7.The mattress surface height test is driven by a servo motor and conducted at the standard specified speed. It displays the curve between the applied force of the loading pad on the specimen and the corresponding indentation value, and automatically performs height measurement
8.The rolling drum is made of special materials with excellent wear resistance, smooth surface, no cracking or deformation, and long service life.
9.Automatic center positioning during the rolling test: the system automatically locates the mattress center without manual repositioning, using PLC initial positioning.

11.Test results can be printed according to customer-specified document formats using a printer.
12.Data protection function: automatic data saving in case of power failure (data is retained after power loss).
