Application Range:
The circuit board FPC flexural testing machine is mainly used for testing the flexural resistance of circuit boards (commonly known as flexible circuit boards). It can also be referred to as an FPC bending resistance testing machine or FPC flexural testing machine. This machine is used for testing the flexural and bending life cycle of FPC soft boards used in electronic products. The machine uses a crankshaft to perform a reciprocating push-pull motion, with adjustable speed, adjustable bending angle, and automatic counting. It automatically stops when the set cycle count is reached.
Testing Principle:
A standard sample of the flexible circuit board is fixed at one end to the tension device at the upper part of the machine, and the other end is fixed to the rotating fixture at the lower part. The tension device is equipped with an adjustable device, which maintains a fixed force value during the test by adjusting the device throughout the process.
