Spring Testing Machine

The fully automatic spring testing machine is manufactured according to the technical requirements specified in the national standard JB/T7796-2005 "Technical Conditions for Spring Tensile and Compression Testing Machines." This machine is suitable for the tensile and compressive testing of various types of helical springs. It can automatically test the free length of the spring while outputting the force at four points and the spring constant. The machine has good accuracy and repeatability and is widely used in spring manufacturing plants and research institutions.

1.Automatically measures the tensile force, compressive force, and spring constant of the spring, with the ability to test four points simultaneously.

2.Equipped with a touchscreen operating system, making it simple and easy to operate.

3.The force division value can be freely set up to three decimal places (0.001N). Displacement can be set to 0.01mm.

4.Features automatic and manual zero-point capture functions. It allows for efficient zero-point capture and automatically remembers the height after a power outage.

5.Pressure testing can be performed using both the height method and deformation method (Pressure method: tests the corresponding force when the spring is compressed to a specific length. Deformation method: tests how much the spring compresses when it is pressed down. Both methods can simultaneously measure four points).

6.Pre-load and stiffness compensation are available to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.

7.Overload protection for the load sensor and an emergency stop function.

8.Equipped with a mini printer for printing results.
