Application Scope:
The high-low temperature tensile and compression testing machine is an integrated testing instrument that simulates high and low temperature environments and performs mechanical tests. It is used to evaluate mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation at break, and elastic modulus of materials under extreme temperatures. It is suitable for tensile, compression, and bending tests of rubber, plastics, metals, aerospace materials, and automotive components.
Product Overview:
This machine adopts a gantry frame structure. The loading speed ranges from 0.05–500 mm/min with stepless speed regulation or arbitrary setting (customization available). A photoelectric encoder is used to detect the tensile displacement of the specimen. A servo motor and backlash-free ball screw are used for loading, ensuring uniform, stable loading without impact and providing accurate testing data. Various test parameters are displayed digitally. The machine will automatically stop when the specimen breaks. With additional fixtures, it can also test material properties such as bending strength, shear strength, and tear strength.
Product Standards:
The computer-controlled thermal break aluminum profile high- and low-temperature testing machine (floor-standing type) complies with the following standards:GB/T 16491-2008 Electronic Testing Machines,JJG 475-1986 Verification Regulation of Electronic Testing Machines,GB/T 228-2010 Metallic Materials — Tensile Testing at Ambient Temperature,GB 5237.6-2004 Aluminum Alloy Building Profiles — Part 6: Thermal Break Profiles,GB/T 28289-2012 Test Method for Composite Performance of Thermal Break Aluminum Alloy Profiles,The machine primarily meets the tensile testing requirements for aluminum alloys specified in SONCAP certification for aluminum profiles.
