HONGJIN
Scope of Application:
The ink rub resistance tester is used for testing the abrasion resistance of printed ink layers, the wear resistance of the photosensitive layer of PS plates, and the abrasion resistance of surface coatings of related products. It effectively analyzes issues such as poor rub resistance of printed materials, ink layer peeling, low printing durability of PS plates, and insufficient coating hardness of other products. In accordance with international standard rubbing loads, the tester performs reciprocating friction tests on printed specimens made of paper, paperboard, leather, and similar materials at a specified speed to evaluate ink adhesion. The abrasion resistance of the ink layer (or coating) is determined by measuring the reduction in density (or coating thickness) before and after the rubbing test.
Product Features:
1.The instrument is strictly designed in accordance with relevant standards, effectively ensuring the accuracy of test data.
2.The rubber rubbing block is ground by an integrated precision grinder, providing stable test operation without abnormal vibration. The built-in standard rubbing platform ensures a uniform friction area, and the rubbing process operates completely silently.
3.The rubbing cycles can be freely set for precise testing, and the tester stops automatically upon completion of the preset cycles.
4.A digital counter automatically records the number of rubbing cycles.
5.The specimen clamping fixture features a simple design, allowing faster and more convenient specimen installation.
