Scope of Application:
This testing machine is used to test the compression resistance of cartons, including corrugated boxes, honeycomb board boxes, and other packaging materials for pressure resistance, deformation, and stacking tests. It is also suitable for the compression testing of containers such as plastic drums (for edible oil, mineral water), paper barrels, paper boxes, paper cans, and container barrels (IBC barrels). The machine is used to determine the compression resistance of cartons and can also perform compression stacking tests. The results of these tests can serve as important references for determining the stacking height of finished packaged boxes in factories or as key data for designing packaging boxes.
Product Features:
1.Automatic Reset Function: After the test is completed, the machine automatically returns to its initial position, automatically determines the crushing force, and saves the test data.
2.Three Adjustable Speeds: The machine offers three adjustable speeds, with a full Chinese LCD display operating interface. Multiple units are available for selection.
3.Data Input and Automatic Compression Strength Calculation: Relevant data can be input, and the machine automatically converts to compression strength. It also has an integrated packaging stacking test function. The force and time can be directly set, and the machine automatically stops after the test is completed.
Three Working Modes:
1.Strength Test: Measures the maximum compression resistance of the box.
2.Fixed Value Test: Detects the overall performance of the box according to the set pressure.
3.Stacking Test: Conducts stacking tests under different conditions, such as 12 hours or 24 hours, in accordance with national standards.
