Application Scope:
The ice water splash shock test chamber is suitable for testing products for resistance to ice-water splashing. It simulates winter driving conditions on wet roads, where ice water splashes onto heated systems or components. Typical failure modes include mechanical cracking or seal failure caused by differences in thermal expansion coefficients of materials.This equipment is widely used for reliability testing and quality control of various electronic, electrical, electrical appliance, and plastic raw materials and components, including cold resistance, heat resistance, ice-water splash resistance, and ice-water immersion resistance tests.

4.Box-type structure: includes a built-in water tank for circulating water. The water tank has a water level sensor for automatic water intake, and low water level detection to effectively prevent the pump from running dry and getting damaged.
5.The door is equipped with a transparent observation window (tempered glass), and the interior of the chamber has LED lighting for easy observation of the test conditions.
6.Slot-type nozzle (304L material, detachable and washable) with 1 piece, meeting the requirements of GB/T28046.4-2011.
7.Ice water impact test: The specified style is strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard.
8.Spray nozzle fixing device: The nozzle is fixed on the right side of the chamber and can be moved with a travel distance of 200mm.
9.Immersion test: This test is not conducted simultaneously with the splash test. It meets the provisions of GB/T28046.4-2011, Section 5.4.3. The immersion test is performed by a cylinder moving up and down and can be transferred directly from the test chamber to the water tank. The immersion time is adjustable, with a range of 1-5 minutes and a cycle range of 1-999 times. The temperature recovery time for the water tank is 30 minutes.
10.The core control system uses a 7-inch touchscreen + PLC. Electrical components are from well-known brands, and the wiring process complies with national standards. The control panel layout is reasonable, with secure and clearly labeled wiring.
