Scope of Application:
The salt spray test chamber is designed to test the corrosion resistance of products after surface treatments such as coating, electroplating, organic and inorganic coatings, anodizing, and anti-rust oil treatments. It evaluates the durability and resistance of the treated products to corrosion.
Product Features:
1.The new intelligent salt spray test chamber adopts a printed circuit board (PCB) design, which eliminates the wiring fault issues commonly found in older salt spray testers that used relay circuits.
2.The temperature sensor uses an original branded digital sensing chip, which does not degrade even after ten years of use. Older models mostly used PT100 or K-type sensors, which tend to lose accuracy over time. Without proper calibration, this can seriously affect test results.
3.The new salt spray test chamber integrates programmable control with continuous/intermittent spraying and manual/automatic operation modes. With this combination of multiple modes, it can meet virtually all current salt spray testing standards, allowing customers to avoid concerns when selecting a suitable salt spray test chamber.
