Application Scope:
Primarily used to accurately reproduce damage phenomena caused by splashing gravel. It is suitable for testing cohesive failure of external coatings, interlayer adhesion failure within coating systems, brittle thickness of hard glass materials, optimal coating thickness for spallation resistance, as well as tests related to spallation resistance, impact resistance, and wear resistance of plastics and glass.

1.The spray gun air inlet pipe is a high-pressure resistant hose used for supplying air to the spray gun; it is a movable component and easy to disassemble.
2.The mixing chamber is where high-pressure air mixes with the media; when the media falls, the compressed air flows according to the airflow direction to ensure proper mixing.
3.The spray gun barrel conveys the mixed high-pressure air and media, ensuring controlled pressure, flow velocity, and flow direction of the media.
4.The feed inlet allows the media to enter the mixing chamber and also enables observation of the feeding condition.
5.The pressure calibration pipe is used to verify the spraying pressure and is equipped with a pressure gauge.
6.The spray gun mounting assembly is designed for easy, fast, and safe installation of the spray gun.
