Application：

This equipment is mainly used for testing the physical and other related performance of electronic and electrical products, luminaires, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles, and their parts under simulated rainfall climatic conditions.After testing, the product performance is evaluated through inspection to determine whether it meets the specified requirements, providing a reliable basis for product design, improvement, verification, and factory acceptance inspection.

Product Features:

1.Suitable for IPX1, IPX2, IPX3, IPX4K, IPX5, IPX6K, and IPX9K waterproof rating tests.

2.The outer casing is made of high-quality steel plate with baked paint surface treatment, ensuring durability and an attractive appearance.

3.The inner chamber, turntable, oscillating tube, and other components are made of SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring rust resistance during long-term use.

4.Chamber-type structure with built-in water tank and water circulation system. The water tank is equipped with a float valve for automatic water level control and low-water-level alarm detection.

5.The door is equipped with a transparent tempered glass observation window, and LED lighting is installed inside for convenient monitoring during testing.

6.IPX12: The dripping box adopts a vacuum design and is made of stainless steel. The nozzle contact position uses a brass conical structure for easy installation of spray needles.

7.IPX12: Equipped with compressed air drying function. After testing, excess water inside the dripping box can be removed to prevent scaling and nozzle blockage. (Note: Air supply must be provided by the user.)

8.IPX3456K: The oscillating tube is driven by a high-quality servo stepping motor, enabling precise adjustment of oscillation speed and angle without step-loss issues that could damage the equipment.

9.Filtration system: Equipped with a high-precision filter to effectively remove impurities from tap water; the filter element can be replaced regularly.

10.Turntable drive: Uses a high-quality domestic stepping motor. Speed and angle can be set on the touchscreen with precise stepless adjustment and automatic forward/reverse rotation, suitable for powered sample testing and preventing cable twisting.

11.The test chamber is equipped with a sample power socket (AC220V, 10A). Power ON/OFF cycles can be program-controlled: power OFF (0–999 min) – power ON (0–999 min) – power OFF (0–999 min).

12.Test duration can be set on the touchscreen within a range of 0–999 minutes (adjustable).

13.The core control system adopts a 7-inch touchscreen and PLC. Electrical components are from branded manufacturers, with wiring processes compliant with national standards, clear layout, secure connections, and clear labeling.

14.The cabinet includes a built-in spare parts box for storing commonly used accessories such as hex screwdrivers, filter elements, and needles, making storage and use convenient.
