Application:
The computer-controlled material torsion testing machine consists of a loading system, transmission system, digital data acquisition and processing system, and a computer-based measurement, control, and display system. It is suitable for torsional performance testing of metallic materials, non-metallic materials, composite materials, and structural components.
Product Features:
1. Main Frame:The main machine adopts a horizontal configuration with a rigid frame structure to ensure overall stiffness. The primary drive shaft and fixtures are manufactured from high-quality steel to guarantee long service life. Specimen installation and removal are convenient and efficient. The movable chuck is mounted on precision heavy-duty linear guide rails, allowing free movement and minimizing axial tensile force on the specimen.
2. Drive System:Driven by an imported fully digital AC servo control system, the machine offers a wide speed adjustment range with uniform and stable loading performance.
3. Transmission System:A precision reducer transmission is adopted to ensure smooth operation, stability, and high transmission accuracy. The transverse space can be manually adjusted freely within a range of 0–600 mm.
4. Measurement and Display System:The torsion angle of the specimen is measured using a photoelectric encoder, while torque is measured by a high-precision torque sensor. A high-resolution rotary encoder is used to measure torsional deformation. The computer display shows torque, torsion angle, torsional deformation, and various test curves in real time.
5. Software System:
5.1Complies with the data processing requirements of JB/T 9370-1999 “Technical Conditions for Torsion Testing Machines” and GB 10128-1988 “Metallic Materials—Torsion Test at Room Temperature”.
5.2Capable of measuring and calculating material properties including shear modulus (G), yield point (τs), upper yield point (τsu), lower yield point (τsl), and torsional strength (τb). Torque and torsion angle are automatically tracked and measured, with real-time display of test curves, torque values, torsion angle, and torsion speed. After the test, data processing is performed automatically, and mechanical properties such as shear modulus G, specified non-proportional torsional stress τp, yield point, upper and lower yield points, and torsional strength τb are calculated. Test report formats can be customized according to user requirements and printed directly.
5.3The testing machine supports both continuous loading and load holding at any specified load level. During testing, operation is free of impact and vibration, ensuring excellent reading stability.
5.4Multiple test curves can be superimposed for comparison and output for printing.
