Application Scope:
This machine is mainly used to test the torsional mechanical properties of materials and finished products at room temperature. It can also be used for torsional failure tests of materials and finished products. The specimen is installed between fixtures with adjustable spacing, allowing the machine to accommodate torsional mechanical property tests for different specimens.
Product Features:
The fastener torque torsion testing machine consists of a loading system, transmission system, digital data acquisition and processing system, computer measurement, control and display system, and fixtures. It is suitable for testing the static torsional mechanical properties of various fasteners such as bolts, studs, screws, nuts, and welding studs. The machine can measure technical indicators including torque, torsional strength, torsion angle, and the relationship between torque and torsion angle. It can also generate curves such as torque–torsion angle, torque–time, and torsion angle–time.
The movable end of the chuck adopts a precision heavy-duty guide rail, allowing free movement and minimizing the axial tensile force applied to the specimen. The testing machine can achieve both continuous loading and load holding at any specified load. During the testing process, there is no impact or vibration, ensuring stable readings. Multiple test curves can be superimposed for comparison and output for printing.
