The Computerized Fully Automatic Torque Testing Machine is suitable for torque testing of various products. It is used for testing the torque of NB shafts, mobile phones (individual shaft torque, product torsion life testing), LCD monitor stands, rotary switches, and torque life tests. With the user-friendly operation, it is configured with Windows interface for easy setup.
Device Features:
1.The machine uses a servo motor drive, providing high precision torque testing.
2.All testing conditions are set through a computer interface and can be stored.
3.The torque value variation at each angle can be directly tested (torque-angle curve).
4.Simultaneously displays the torque-angle curve and the torque decay life curve.
5.The graphs (torque-angle curve and torque decay life curve) and inspection reports can be stored and printed.
6.The inspection report is automatically printed and can be output to a file or directly through the network.
7.Test upper and lower limit values can be set. If the limits are exceeded, the machine will automatically stop.
8.Torque values can be set: positive torque, reverse torque, positive torque + reverse torque.
9.Test travel directions: forward travel, forward travel + return; reverse travel, reverse travel + return; forward travel + reverse travel + forward return.
