Application Scope
The PCT High-Pressure Accelerated Aging Test Equipment is suitable for evaluating the sealing performance of products in industries such as national defense, aerospace, automotive components, electronic parts, plastics, magnets, pharmaceuticals, printed circuit boards (PCBs), multilayer PCBs, ICs, LCDs, magnets, lamps, and lighting products.It is used to conduct accelerated life testing on related products, particularly during the product design stage, to rapidly expose potential defects and weak points. The equipment is designed to test product resistance to harsh environmental conditions and to evaluate airtightness performance.

1. Equipped with imported high-temperature resistant solenoid valves in a dual-channel configuration, significantly reducing failure rates and improving system reliability.
2. Independent steam generation chamber design prevents direct steam impact on the test samples, avoiding localized damage to the products.
3. Ergonomic door-lock mechanism effectively overcomes the locking difficulty commonly found in the new-generation disc-type handles.
4. Cold air exhaust design before testing, and continuous cold air discharge during testing (air inside the pressure chamber is expelled), ensuring enhanced pressure stability and repeatability.
5. Designed for long-duration operation, supporting continuous test runs of up to 400 hours for extended aging experiments.
6. Water level protection system utilizing internal water level sensors to provide real-time monitoring and safety protection.
7. Pressure-resistant tank design: the chamber withstands 2.65 kg pressure at 140°C and complies with a 6 kg hydrostatic pressure test standard.
8. Dual-stage pressure safety protection system combining controller-based monitoring with mechanical pressure relief devices.
9. Emergency pressure relief safety button with a dual-stage automatic pressure release mechanism to ensure operator safety.
