Application Scope:
This equipment is used for testing the performance indicators of components and materials in various products from industries such as electronics, electrical, automotive, aerospace, rubber, plastics, metals, shipbuilding, defense, higher education institutions, and research units, under conditions of high-temperature and constant temperature variations.
Key Features:
The equipment utilizes a touchscreen control system with data recording functionality. The outer shell is spray-coated or made of stainless steel, and it features a stainless steel inner chamber.
Temperature Control System:
1.The temperature control instrument is a PID digital display controller with single-point temperature control, automatic calculation, simultaneous display of PV/SV, and button settings.
2.Timer setting: 1 second to 9999 hours (can be set in hours, minutes, or seconds) for temperature-based timing, with heating cut-off (alarm device) once the time is up.
3.Temperature sensing line: Type K.
4.Signal output: 3-32V.
5.Heating control: Solid State Relay (SSR), no contacts.
6.Heating element: High-temperature resistant heating tube.
7.Temperature range: RT +20°C to 200°C.
8.Heating rate: 100°C in approximately 15 minutes.
9.Control accuracy: ±1.0°C.
10.Display accuracy: 0.1°C.
11.Temperature deviation distribution uniformity:±2.5°C (no load test).
Safety Protection System:
1. Over-Temperature Protection System:
When the temperature goes out of control and exceeds the preset value of the over-temperature protector, the heating power supply is automatically cut off to protect both the test samples and the equipment.
2. Electrical Circuit Protection:
Includes grounding protection, fast-acting fuses, circuit breakers, and other safety protection measures.
