Scope of Application:

The temperature and humidity, vibration comprehensive testing system is a combination of a high and low temperature cycling system and an electromagnetic vibration testing system. It is used to simulate real-world environmental conditions, such as high and low temperature resistance, vibration, and shock in motion, for products in industries like aerospace, automotive, electronics, etc. This system evaluates the adaptability of products and components, as well as exposes potential defects under these environmental stresses.


Product Functions:

This equipment can perform the following individual or combined (comprehensive) reliability tests: high-temperature storage test, low-temperature storage test, high-low temperature and humidity cycling test, sine wave test, random test, shock test, and vibration search and dwell test.


Vibration Table Principle:

The working principle of the electromagnetic vibration testing system is similar to that of a loudspeaker. When a conductor is energized, it moves under the influence of electromagnetic force in a magnetic field. As the moving coil in the vibration table's magnetic circuit passes through an alternating current signal, an excitation force is generated, and vibration movement occurs within the magnetic circuit.


Vibration Table Features:

1.Dual Magnetic Circuit Structure: Compared to a single magnetic circuit, the magnetic field strength is stronger, the table body is smaller, and magnetic leakage is minimized.

2.Frame-Free Moving Coil: By eliminating the moving coil frame, the moving system is lighter, resulting in higher acceleration at no load and a higher first-order natural frequency of the moving coil. This reduces waveform distortion across the full frequency range and improves coil heat dissipation.

3.Suspension System: The cantilever suspension system with linear bearing guidance provides excellent guiding performance for the vibration table and enhances its resistance to off-center loads.

4.Air Spring Support with Low Dynamic Stiffness and High Static Stiffness: This support offers strong load-bearing capacity and good low-frequency characteristics.

5.Axial Vibration Isolation: For vertical vibration, a dedicated foundation can be omitted, as the vibration is effectively isolated.


Vibration Controller

a. Features:

Additionally, the instrument provides the most comprehensive vibration control software modules, including: random, sine, classical shock, resonance search and dwell, shock response spectrum control, sine plus random, sine plus sine, random plus random, long-duration waveform reproduction, and other auxiliary functions. Each functional module provides basic functions and optional features, and users can customize the required functionalities based on their needs.

b. Functions:

Sine testing, random testing, shock testing, and resonance search and dwell allow users to observe the control spectrum, waveform, and signal dynamic range on the screen.
