I. Structure and Materials
1.Inner chamber material: Mirror-finish stainless steel plate (SUS 304, thickness 1.0 mm);
2.Outer cabinet material: Stainless steel (thickness 1.0 mm);
3.Thermal insulation design: Effectively prevents condensation on the top of the chamber;
4.Insulation layer: Thermal insulation layer (rigid polyurethane foam, 100 mm thick);
5.Door: Single-panel door with single viewing window, left-hinged. Flush embedded handle; rear hinge/knob: SUS #304. Dual-layer thermal insulation with airtight compression sealing, effectively isolating heat exchange between the inside and outside of the chamber;
6.Observation window: Triple-layer vacuum glass for convenient observation of test specimens;
7.Window anti-condensation: Electric heating device to prevent moisture condensation;
8.Lighting design: High-brightness, energy-saving window illumination for easy observation of test specimens;
9.Test port: One Ø50 mm port on the left side of the unit, supplied with one stainless steel port cover and one silicone plug (multiple ports or Ø100 mm optional);
10.Casters: Designed for easy movement (position adjustment) and used in combination with heavy-duty leveling bolts (for fixed positioning);
11.Internal shelves: Two SUS #304 stainless steel square perforated shelves with two sets of rails (adjustable spacing).
II. Temperature Electric Heating Circulation System
1.Heating system: Ring-type electric heater for heat dissipation;
2.Heating elements: Fully stainless-steel seamless sheathed heaters, with insulation resistance greater than 50 MΩ, and equipped with dry-heating protection control;
3.Circulation system: Air circulation uses a multi-blade centrifugal recirculation fan. The reinforced shaft and blades are made of aluminum alloy resistant to high and low temperatures. A stainless-steel extended-shaft circulation motor is used to achieve forced circulation convection;
4.Air guide plate design: Adjustable upward and downward to ensure uniform temperature and humidity distribution;
5.Control method: Balanced Temperature Control System (BTHC). SSR solid-state relays are controlled via PID regulation to achieve high-precision, non-contact switching control, ensuring that the heating and humidifying capacity of the system equals the heat and moisture loss, thus enabling long-term stable operation.
III. Refrigeration System
1.Refrigeration system: Original brand-name compressor (capacity selected according to the required low-temperature range);
1.1 Overview: The compressor is the core of the refrigeration system. It operates on a refrigeration cycle of compression → condensation → expansion → evaporation (heat absorption), thereby reducing the ambient temperature.
