Scope of Application
The drying oven is used in factories and research institutions for polymer material drying, resin curing, pharmaceuticals, paint baking, electronics, electroplating, printing and baking processes, motor drying, transformer drying, industrial heat treatment, sterilization, as well as heating and heat preservation processes.

1. Classification by Performance:

They are widely used for drying and heating electronic components and parts across various industries.
2. Classification by Industry Application:
According to industry application, drying ovens can be classified as:

4. Classification by Rated Temperature
Based on rated operating temperature, drying ovens are generally classified as follows:
a. Low-Temperature Drying Ovens (below 100 °C)
Mainly used for aging tests of electrical products, slow drying of common materials, and drying of certain food ingredients and plastic products.
b. Medium-Temperature Drying Ovens (100 – 250 °C)
This is the most commonly used temperature range, suitable for moisture removal of most materials, coating curing, heating, temperature maintenance, and insulation processes.
c. High-Temperature Drying Ovens (250 – 400 °C)
Used for high-temperature drying of special materials, heating for component assembly, high-temperature material testing, and chemical material reaction processing.
d. Ultra-High-Temperature Drying Ovens (400 – 600 °C)
Designed for higher operating temperatures, suitable for high-temperature drying of special materials, component heat treatment, and high-temperature material testing.

No inter-layer obstruction, strong heat penetration, large effective heating area, higher energy efficiency, and reduced manual handling intensity. Suitable for extra-large workpieces.

Integrated processing with high capacity, maximized productivity, and significantly reduced batch processing time. Suitable for standardized mass-production workpieces.
