Scope of Application:
The formaldehyde emission test chamber is suitable for determining the formaldehyde release from various indoor decorative materials such as wood-based panels and composite wooden flooring. It can also be used for constant temperature and humidity conditioning of wood or wood-based panels, as well as for detecting volatile hazardous gases emitted from other building materials.The limitation of formaldehyde emission from indoor decoration and furnishing materials is a major environmental concern worldwide. The level of formaldehyde emission from various materials (such as wood-based panels, carpets, coatings, wallpapers, curtains, etc.) is an important indicator for evaluating product quality, as it directly affects environmental pollution and human health.The climate chamber method for testing formaldehyde emission is a widely adopted standard method internationally. It simulates indoor climate conditions, and its test results are closer to real-life environments, making them more accurate and reliable.
Product Features:
1.The variable frequency controller for air velocity adjustment is installed at the rear of the chamber with a recessed design for better protection.
2.The diameter of the air outlet holes on the airflow panel is reduced to approximately 2–3 mm to prevent airflow from stirring up dust inside the test chamber.
3.The front bottom heat dissipation openings are designed in a louver-style structure, preventing direct visibility of the internal compressor and reducing dust ingress.
4.Electrical loads are separated by isolation layers to avoid mutual interference.
5.The chamber body and door are fully filled with insulation material to ensure minimal noise during door operation.
6.The door handle features excellent mechanical performance and durability.
7.Three sampling ports are provided, with flange connections at the inner and outer interfaces to ensure airtight sealing.

9.The internal circulation fan outlet is flush-mounted, with an embedded air ring to maintain overall aesthetic appearance.
