Application Scope:
This test chamber is mainly used for battery overcharge and over-discharge tests. During charge and discharge testing, the battery is placed inside an explosion-proof chamber and connected to an external charge and discharge tester, providing effective protection for both operators and test instruments.The test chamber can be customized according to specific testing requirements.
Product Features:
1.The interior of the test chamber is lined with phenolic board or Teflon insulation, providing effective electrical insulation, flame resistance, and easy cleaning.
2.Two circular cable ports are provided at the rear of each chamber layer, allowing convenient routing of test connection cables.
3.Each test chamber is equipped with an independent control panel to control internal lighting and exhaust systems. A smoke detection alarm is installed; when smoke or fire is detected, the internal exhaust fan automatically activates to discharge smoke.
4.Thermal insulation is designed between each chamber layer, effectively preventing thermal interference between tests.
