Application Scope:
Suitable for drilling and milling of stringing holes in various types of fiber badminton rackets, tennis rackets, squash rackets, and similar rackets.
Working Principle:
The automatic racket drilling machine is equipped with a 5-axis computer control system. The system allows racket drilling dimensions to be directly imported, and a separate machining program can be created for each racket model. When changing to a different racket type, there is no need to replace any molds—only the machining program needs to be switched, allowing the machine to immediately adapt to the new processing requirements.The racket-fixing fixture developed by our company is easy to operate and provides precise positioning. The racket can be secured within 1–2 seconds simply by placing it into the fixture. One machine can process up to five beach rackets simultaneously, and one operator can manage 3–4 machines at the same time, significantly reducing labor costs.The drilling spindle uses a high-speed motor with a maximum speed of up to 24,000 rpm, ensuring burr-free holes inside the racket frame. The downward feed speed of the drill bit is automatically controlled by the controller: as the drill approaches the racket surface, the feed speed slows down to prevent paint peeling or decal damage; once the drill bit enters the racket frame, the feed speed increases to improve drilling efficiency.
Product Features:
1.High efficiency: Average processing time is about 60–70 seconds per racket (processing time is halved with a dual-head customized machine). Racket loading and unloading are simple and take about 5 seconds. The machine is fully automatic, and one operator can simultaneously manage 3–4 machines.
2.High precision: Positioning accuracy of 0.02–0.1 mm (equivalent to a maximum deviation of about the thickness of a single human hair).
3.Easy operation: Simply press the start button and the machine completes the process automatically, resulting in low labor intensity.
4.Simple file editing: Instructions are imported via the human–machine interface; programs for different racket models can be numbered, stored, and recalled.
5.Strong interchangeability: When changing racket models, only the corresponding fixture needs to be replaced, making setup quick and easy.
6.Automatic tool setting: Equipped with an automatic tool calibration function, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual mold or tool adjustment.
