Product Overview:
This testing machine is designed in accordance with standards such as EN 957, ASTM F1250, and ISO 20957. It is used for fatigue testing of both components and complete units of indoor and outdoor elliptical trainers. The test is performed by driving the elliptical trainer transmission via a servo motor.

1.Designed for fatigue testing.
2.Test cycles can be freely set from 0 to 999,999.
3.Test speed: 0–100 RPM with stepless speed control via frequency inverter, supporting automatic forward and reverse rotation.
4.PLC automatic control with a touch screen interface for real-time monitoring of force values and speed, as well as detection of operating time and accumulated cycles. All operations can be performed intuitively via the touch screen. Dedicated control software enables multi-channel closed-loop control, fully automatic test execution, and automatic measurement functions.
5.The number of test cycles can be preset; upon completion, the machine automatically stops and issues an alarm.
6.Equipped with power-off and restart memory functions. In the event of an unexpected power failure, the system automatically saves data and resumes operation according to the parameters set prior to power loss, without the need for manual reset.
7.Stop modes: automatic stop upon reaching the preset number of cycles, or automatic stop with alarm when specimen damage or excessive deformation is detected.
8.Features a self-diagnostic fault detection system that automatically diagnoses faults and displays error codes for easy inspection and troubleshooting.
9.Supplied with various fixtures and accessories to meet different testing requirements.
