Scope of Application:
The mobile phone drop tester is used to assess the durability of the outer shell and the impact resistance of the internal structure against heavy drops. It is used to evaluate the impact on product performance after an accidental drop during actual customer use. The tester is suitable for drop testing of small electronic products such as mobile phones, tablets (PAD), e-readers, and electronic dictionaries, either at a specified direction or a specified position. The system uses a touchscreen and PLC communication to control the brake stepper motor, which drives the drop mechanism to lift and release the clamping fixture. The drop test is then performed with the help of a release mechanism and the fixture’s release action.

2.The lifting mechanism uses linear guide rails with synchronous belt drive, allowing for arbitrary setting of the test height.
