Application Scope:
The zero-drop testing machine is mainly used to evaluate the impact effects of drop shocks on packaged products during actual transportation and handling, and to assess the impact resistance of packaging as well as the rationality of packaging design. It is primarily intended for drop tests of relatively large packaging.The machine uses a rapidly descending “E”-shaped fork as the specimen support. Test samples are placed in balance according to test requirements (face, edge, and corner drops). During the test, the supporting arm moves downward at high speed, allowing the test product to fall together with the “E”-shaped fork toward the base plate. Under the action of high-efficiency shock absorbers, the fork is embedded flush with the base plate before contact.In theory, the zero-drop testing machine can perform drop tests starting from zero height. The drop height is set via an LCD controller, and the machine automatically carries out the drop test according to the preset height.
Control Principle:
The system adopts a microcomputer with imported electrical components and a rational control design to realize comprehensive testing modes, including free-fall, edge, corner, and face drop tests.
