Application Scope:
This machine is mainly used to test the dynamic and static mechanical properties of various materials, components, elastomers, shock absorbers, and assemblies. It can perform tensile, compression, bending, low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue, crack propagation, and fracture mechanics tests under sinusoidal, triangular, square, trapezoidal, and combination waveforms. The machine can also be equipped with environmental testing devices to conduct environmental simulation tests at different temperatures.

1. Main Testing Machine: The machine frame consists of columns, a base, and a crossbeam, forming a closed-frame structure with high rigidity, no backlash, and good stability. The external surface of the columns is treated with hard chrome plating. Below the columns, the servo actuator (cylinder) is installed, with a bidirectional piston design. The sample clamping adjustment is convenient and flexible.
2. Key Components: Uses internationally renowned brands—servo valve, controller, oil pump, sensor, displacement sensor.
3. Hydraulic Servo Pump Station: Leak-proof and silent technology, stable pressure output with no fluctuations, low noise, good heat dissipation, high filter accuracy, and automatic protection against pressure overload and oil temperature excess.
4. Control Method: Force, displacement, and deformation are controlled by a PID closed-loop, with smooth, non-interfering switching between control modes.
5. Test Software: Compatible with the Windows test platform, and controls the test system to complete various dynamic and static mechanical performance tests, such as metal tensile, compression, bending, low-cycle fatigue, and metal fracture mechanics tests. It also independently handles test management, data storage, and test report printing.
6. Test Waveforms: Sine wave, triangle wave, square wave, random wave, sweep frequency wave, combination wave, etc.
7. Protection Functions: Includes oil circuit blockage, over-temperature, low oil level, hydraulic system overload, motor overheating, preset fatigue cycles, and sample fracture alarm shutdown.
