Application Scope：

This equipment is mainly used for testing the physical and other related performance of products under simulated rain conditions. It is applicable to electronic and electrical products, luminaires, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles, and their parts.After the test, the product performance is evaluated through inspection to determine whether it meets the required standards, providing a reliable basis for product design, improvement, verification, and factory quality inspection.

Product Features：

1.Suitable for IPX3, IPX4, IPX5, and IPX6 waterproof protection level testing.

2.The enclosure is made of high-quality steel plates with a spray-painted and baked finish, providing an attractive appearance and long-lasting durability.

3.The inner chamber, turntable, oscillating tube, and other key components are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and long-term reliable operation.

4.Cabinet-type structure with a built-in water tank and water recirculation system. The storage tank is equipped with a float level valve for automatic water inlet control, as well as a low water level alarm for safety protection.

5.A transparent tempered-glass observation window is installed on the door, and LED lighting is fitted inside the chamber, allowing clear observation of the test process.

6.For IPX3 and IPX4 testing, the oscillating tube is driven by a servo stepping motor, enabling precise adjustment of oscillation speed and angle, and eliminating step-loss issues that could cause abnormal motion and potential damage to the turntable shaft.
